The Custom Visuals API (CVAPI2.0) is used in scripts to allow users to create their own data visualizations. It is used in conjunction with the Custom Visualization Designer tools in the Formulate section of Pro application.

Examples and Samples
Each item in the API documentation includes some snippets on how the item may be used in code. However, a thorough example of their usage can be found both in the help documentation here as well as in the built-in samples found in the custom visual marketplace. The marketplace is found inside the designer interface within the application itself.
